Our Pastors

I got saved on June 19, 1988 and one month later my wife got saved. We got saved and discipled at Victory Outreach Church in Denver under Pastor George and Francis Otero, who also taught us to stand firm and to go forward no matter what. In November 1990 I heard the voice of God's call to someday pastor a church. On July 5, 1998 we pioneered our first church with the encouragement and advice of Pastor Ruben Reyna, (Living Word Christian Center, Buena Park, California), thank you Pastor Ruben for your advice, great wisdom, friendship and fellowship with your pastors. They are blessed and gifted men of God. We started Victory Life Ministries in Commerce City, Colorado and have now changed to City Conquest Christian Center under the covering of the Foursquare Gospel Church. We would like to thank Pastor Sam Rockwell (Gateway District Supervisor, Thornton, CO) for your encouragement, support and for accepting us into the Foursquare family. To Pastor Gabriel Rubio for coaching me. To Pastor Joe Alvarado (Eternal Rock Fellowship, Denver, CO) for all the excellent ideas and fellowship. To Pastor Freddie and Ninfa Garcia (Victory Fellowship Ministries, San Antonio, Texas) and your pastors for the excellent teachings, discipleship, fellowship and for your great wisdom. Pastor Freddie you will be greatly missed. We also want to thank our kids, Leilani, Tino and Gabriel for hanging in there with us. Last but not least, we would like to thank the church family that God has sent us to help build this ministry. We could not have done this without you.
